On 22 July 2011 a far-right extremist set off a car bomb in Oslo's government quarter, killing eight people, then shot dead 69 people, most of them teenagers, at the Labour Party youth camp on the island of Utøya. It was Norway's deadliest attack since the Second World War. The 22 July Centre in Oslo and a learning centre on Utøya now tell the story.
