Each September from 1933 to 1938 the Nazi Party held a week-long rally in Nuremberg, marching hundreds of thousands of members across vast grounds planned by Albert Speer. Leni Riefenstahl filmed the 1934 rally as Triumph of the Will, and at the 1935 rally the Reichstag passed the Nuremberg Laws, stripping Jews of their citizenship. Much of the unfinished complex still stands.
